Wow! I haven't updated in a while. Well, all is well in the land of Fairmont. I'll be graduating soon, YEAH!! June the 9th to be exact. I been accepted to UNC-Wilmington, and I start Summer Session I June 25th. I'm really excited. My birthday is also coming up, June 15th, I'll be 18 (legal) lol. I'm getting a tattoo on my back for my birthday. Well I have to go, I lied to get out of class.

This past weekend my brother and I went with my mom to Maryland to meet her new boyfriend and see where she is living. That is a long-ass drive. We left after my football game which was at about 11:30 and didn't get to Maryland till about 7:30. I slept most of the way. Anyways after we meet the grandma and granpa and Abel my moms BF, we went shopping at this huge mall. I am a "shoppaholic"!! Another thing I noticed besides all the great stores and clothes were the really hot guys! There was this one hot guy that must of worked for a store selling lotions. He stopped me and asked me with a really cute accent if I worked with my hands. I kind of laughed at the question but replied yes. He asked me a couple more but before I could ask him some questions my mom called me to lets go. Shit! When I got to my mom she told me the guy was staring at my ass as I walked away. HMMMM! I knew it was a good idea to wear those tight jeans.

Well my relationship with Maggie has come to a closure. We broke up yesterday. And oddly enough we were both find with it. This past relationship with her has enspired me to write a book. I have come up with a title: "Melodys Men". It's a story of a girl and her many men in her life. She "plays" each one of them just to have them give her a taste of her own medicine. It has many interesting twist that I have put in. Speaking of men or I should say boys, I'm having fun with a few here at school! Let me introduce Cody, the Varsity quarterback; he gives me shoulder massages and plays with my neck and ears. Drew, the punk rocker; he is a bit more "flirtatious" this yearwith me; he hugs me and touches me; he also says he's kissed more than one guy and is a "in-the-closet" bisexual (hhmmmm). And the Varsity football team and coaches; Coach McGirt, Justin Lamb, and others have set off my "gay-dar".

Currently my favorite channel on satellite is LOGO. Its a GLBT only channel. It has some of my favorite shows: "Roundtrip Ticket", "Open Bar", and my new favorite "Noah's Arc". It also has some really great movies like "Testosterone", "Priscilla: Queen of the Desert", and "The Bird Cage". I watch it every moment I get. So if you have satellite, look into it.

This weekend was so...so...comfortable. I didn't have to worry about anything. Saturday I woke up late to the sound of my sister. Later that afternoon we went and visited my cousins who just came back home from Italy. I rested the rest of the day. Sunday I slept late (9:15), didn't go to church (ooopps) and then took my siter home. I came back, got my CD player, and layed on the ground under a shade tree eating grapes and relaxing. I was so content!!! That night I watched my favorite shows, Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy! Good Weekend!!

I found out this past weekend that my mother and step-dad are divorcing. They have been split up for about a week. At first my brother and I were very upset. However, we have learned to accept it. My mother has a new boyfriend, and she is very happy with him. I'm happy for her. But as for me I don't dwell on the unhappy things and instead look at the good. I have a girlfriend, my football team is 4-3, and I'm graduating this year. I have a lot on my plate and I'm not sure if I can swallow it all. I need a vacation!!!

WEDNESDAY: Gender Bender (the day were guys and girls switch places and dress drag)

well, this weekend I went w/my grandparents and sibs to the Battleship in Wilmington. LONG, LONG WALK W/ aggravating kids.
Afterwards we went to visit the Orton Plantation and witnessed a wedding at the Church beside it. AWWWWW.....I totally got murdered by the giant mosquito's.

I'm back from uh...restriction. The best thing happened this week. Well it started Sunday, I had to sing a solo at my church for Youth Sunday. I was REAL nervous. Once I got done singing I had tons of people to come up to me. They were all saying how great I done and that I should do it again. I didn't realize how well I had done until Monday came. I was sitting in B building of school when Paige and Drew came to me. Paige said I did a really good job singing. Drew said I was really good too. THAT RIGHT THERE MADE MY DAY! Drew has been my secret crush and getting a compliment from him just made my day! ***sigh***
